Oxylabs dashboard enables you to see usage statistics, manage subscriptions and more. Check out the instructions below to see how to perform specific actions in the dashboard.
Usage statistics
You can view your proxy usage statistics by going to My Products, then selecting your acquired product, and viewing the Statistics tab:

You can create usage limits for specific users by navigating to Usage limits → Create rule. See this visual breakdown of how you can set proxy usage limits:
Add more traffic
You can top-up your traffic if you’ve purchased Residential Proxies, Mobile Proxies or Web Unblocker through the Oxylabs dashboard. If you don’t see the option to add more traffic, it means your subscription plan doesn’t allow it, and in that case, you have to contact your Account Manager.
Go to the Overview tab, select your acquired product, and click Add more traffic:
A pop-up window will appear, giving you the option to select the amount of GBs to add for the current billing period.
🎯 Note that the amount of additional GBs you can add differs for each proxy product and purchased plan. See the table below of the maximum top-ups for reference.

Change proxy user password
If you wish to change the password of any proxy user, you can do so by selecting your purchased product from the dropdown menu, navigating to Users, and then clicking the edit icon:
A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to see the current password, change it, and enable or disable the user:
Once you’ve thought of a password, click submit changes, and your proxy user will require a new password for authentication.
Manage your subscription
Change plan
You can change your subscription plan anytime by clicking the My account button, choosing a product, and navigating to Change plan:
Update payment details
If you want to change your payment option, go to My account, choose a product, and navigate to Manage subscription:
You’ll be redirected to a new page where you can change your payment option by clicking the edit icon:
Cancel subscription
If you want to cancel your subscription, go to Manage subscription on your account page as shown previously, and click Cancel plan to cancel your subscription:
