Our billing cycle for self-service plans starts on the day of purchase. The next billing cycle's payments are automatically authorized.
With other plans, unless otherwise specified, the billing cycle starts on the first day of the month. An invoice will be sent to you, and it must be paid within seven days.
While you cannot change the date of your billing cycle renewal, you can always top-up or upgrade your plan at any time.
