Residential Proxies

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.

  2. Find Manage subscription for Residential Proxies.

  3. Click on Cancel plan.

To cancel a Custom plan subscription, please contact your Dedicated Account Manager.

Mobile Proxies

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.

  2. Find Manage subscription for Mobile Proxies.

  3. Click on Cancel plan.

To cancel a Custom plan subscription, please contact your Dedicated Account Manager

Dedicated Datacenter Proxies (Self-Service)

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.

  2. Select More options for Dedicated Datacenter Proxies.

  3. Select Manage subscription.

  4. Click on Cancel plan.

Dedicated Datacenter Proxies (Enterprise)

To cancel your subscription, please contact your Dedicated Account Manager.

Datacenter Proxies per IP

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.

  2. Find Manage subscription for Datacenter Proxies.

  3. Click on Cancel plan.

To cancel a Custom subscription, please contact your Dedicated Account Manager.


Web Unblocker

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.

  2. Find Manage subscription for Web Unblocker.

  3. Click on Cancel plan.

To cancel a Custom subscription, please contact your Dedicated Account Manager.


Web Scraper API

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.

  2. Find Manage subscription for Web Scraper API.

  3. Click on Cancel plan.
